🚫 Incorrect Shipping Information
We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
📦 Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged:

You must provide an uncut opening video as proof within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims without video proof cannot be processed.

We are not responsible for packages lost by the courier after delivery confirmation.
🛑 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address or non-collection, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping fees.
