At The Velvet Knot Co., each product is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the delicate nature of our artisanal candles, we do not offer returns or refunds except in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition.
🚫 No Returns or Refunds Without Unboxing Video
To be eligible for any kind of refund or replacement:

You must provide a clear, uncut opening video of the package from the moment it is being opened.

The video should clearly show the outer packaging, shipping label, and the item being unboxed without any pause or cuts.
Without this video, no claims for damage will be accepted.
💔 Refunds for Damaged Items Only
Refunds (or replacements) are only applicable if the product arrives broken or damaged in transit.

Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by emailing nehajbhatia23@gmail.com with your order number and unboxing video.

Once your request is verified and approved, we will issue a refund or dispatch a replacement, as applicable.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges in the following cases:
